For someone who'd never been to the kitchen, other than when taking a second serving, cooking was an alien art. And some consider it still is, because I do not follow the convention nor talk in measures.

It all started in 2004 when I moved to Bangalore. Initial experiments were dangerous, and still today some are :) But I enjoy playing with the ingredients and trying something new every now and then. This page is dedicated for some such experiments.
